Hi, my name is Richard HOVEY and I am standing as your INDEPENDENT Candidate for the ELWORTH WARD on 12 December 2024

I have spent most of my life living within the Parish of Sandbach and currently run the family business based at The Zan Industrial Park in Wheelock, which before me was run by my father and his father before that, confirming the strong name of HOVEY within the Parish of Sandbach for over 100 years.

By voting for me on 12 December 2024, I promise you a strong presence on Sandbach Town Council, without any party political interference.
